How do I pay?
For phone sessions, billing is handled via Keen.com, which allows you to use a credit card and call the therapist via a toll-free number. Because Keen handles the billing and call forwarding, your confidentiality is protected. For online sessions, billing is handled through Paypal.com, which processes your credit card payment. You must pay at least one hour before your online session. After payment is received, you are given a password to enter the private online therapy room. Phone sessions billed via Paypal are also available. Paypal phone sessions are $65 per hour, but you are responsible for any long distance areas, as you call the therapist (Chicago area phone number).

This information is destroyed after the session. Access to your online session is via a password-protected page, with a separate page for each client. The one-on-one chat is totally confidential.
