protected. For online sessions, billing is handled through Paypal.com,
which processes your credit card payment. You must pay at least one hour

What should I expect from therapy?
Therapy will not magically eliminate your problems. Rather, it will give
you the means to solve them yourself. The therapist acts as a facilitator
and a sounding board. After your first session, the therapist will create
a therapy plan that will be email for your receive. Therapy typically
runs between 6 and 8 sessions. During the course of therapy, you will
be epected to take an active role. You will be given homework assignments
to complete between sessions, and the focus will be on helping you to
develop insights and real-world skills that you can use long after the
therapy ends. Click here for further details.

Is the therapy really private and confidential?
Phone sessions are totally private. Because Keen.com handles the billing,
the therapist never sees any personal information. You initiate your session
by calling a toll-free number, and your call is forwarded via Keen. For
online sessions, the therapist will receive a confirmation of billing
via Paypal. This information is destroyed after the session. Access to
your online session is via a password-protected page, with a separate
page for each client. The one-on-one chat is totally confidential. You
may share as much or as little personal information with the therapist
as you choose.
